This Privacy Policy explains how Troxx collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use troxx.io (the “Site”) or purchase the Hiring Risk Self-Assessment Kit (the “Product”).
Troxx is operated by Troxx Systems Ltd (company number 17450405), a company registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. For the purposes of UK GDPR, Troxx is the data controller for the personal data described below.
1. What data we collect
When you purchase and complete the Hiring Risk Self-Assessment Kit, we collect: your name and email address; the organisation name and role title you provide; and your answers to the 30 assessment questions, and the scores generated from them. When you make a purchase, payment and basic order information is collected and processed by Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider, acting as merchant of record. We do not directly collect or store your payment card details. If you contact us directly, we collect whatever information you provide in that message, such as your name and email address.
2. Why we collect it
We use your data to deliver the Product you purchased, provide support, and understand common hiring gaps in aggregated, anonymised form to inform future Troxx products and educational content. This aggregated analysis does not identify you or your organisation, and no individual response is ever published or shared in a way that could identify you. We do not sell your personal data to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.
3. How long we keep it
We retain your individual, identifiable assessment record for as long as reasonably necessary to provide support relating to your purchase. After this period, identifiable records are deleted or securely anonymised. Aggregated, anonymised statistics derived from assessment data may be retained indefinitely and used for the purposes described in Section 2.
4. Who we share it with
We share data with third-party service providers who help us deliver the Product, including payment, application hosting and data management, document generation, and email delivery providers. Each processes data only on our instructions and only to the extent needed for their function. Where providers process data outside the UK or EU, we rely on appropriate UK GDPR safeguards. We do not share your data with any other third party except where required by law.
5. Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, correct inaccurate data, delete your data subject to legal or contractual reasons, object to or restrict how we use it, and complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. 6. Cookies and analytics
This Site uses Framer’s built-in analytics to understand overall visitor traffic, such as page views and general usage patterns. This tool does not collect personal data and does not use cookies that require your consent, so no cookie banner is shown on this Site. If we add tracking tools in future that collect personal data or require consent, we will update this policy and put appropriate notice and consent in place before doing so.
7. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse, including relying on the security measures provided by our hosting and processing providers listed in Section 4.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time you use the Site or make a purchase applies. Continued use of the Site after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
