These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of troxx.io (the “Site”) and your purchase of any product made available through it, including the Hiring Risk Self-Assessment Kit (the “Product”). By purchasing a Product or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
Troxx is operated by Troxx Systems Ltd (company number 17450405), a company registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ.
1. What we sell
Troxx builds digital hiring infrastructure tools for businesses. These Terms apply to any product purchased through this Site. Where a specific product has its own particular features, delivery method, or terms of use, these are set out below.
Hiring Risk Self-Assessment Kit
A one-time digital purchase consisting of:
• Access to a structured, 30-question online diagnostic covering five dimensions of hiring risk
• A personalised, scored PDF report generated automatically on completion, including an overall risk score, dimension-level breakdown, and a recommended decision pathway
• Delivery of that report by email
The current price for each product is displayed on the Site at the time of purchase and is shown inclusive of any tax handled by our payment processor.
2. Orders and payment
All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, acting as merchant of record for this transaction. Lemon Squeezy handles payment collection, applicable tax, and related compliance on our behalf. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy’s own terms of service, available at their website.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, for example in cases of suspected fraud or error in the listed price.
3. Delivery
Your assessment is available to complete immediately after purchase. On completion, your personalised PDF report is generated automatically and sent to the email address provided at checkout, typically within a few minutes. If you do not receive your report within 24 hours, please contact us at info@troxx.io and we will resend it or investigate the issue.
4. Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel an online purchase. However, because this Product is digital content delivered immediately on completion of your assessment, that right is lost once your assessment begins, provided you have given your express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of your cancellation right before doing so.
This consent is captured as part of the checkout process, at the point of purchase, before you gain access to the assessment. If for any reason this consent was not obtained, standard distance-selling cancellation rights apply.
5. Refunds
Because the Product is delivered digitally and immediately, and because the report is generated based on your own individual answers, refunds are not available once your assessment has been completed and your report generated, except:
• Where required by law
• Where the Product was not delivered due to a fault on our part
• Where the report was materially defective through no fault of your own

6. Permitted use
Your report is licensed for internal use by the organisation named at the time of purchase. You may share it within that organisation, including with its leadership team or board, for the purpose of informing a hiring decision. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, or use the report or the underlying assessment methodology for any commercial purpose, including on behalf of a different organisation or client.
7. Intellectual property
The assessment questions, scoring methodology, report design, and all associated content, branding, and software remain the exclusive property of Troxx. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any of this to you.
8. Nature of the Product — no guarantee of outcome
The Hiring Risk Self-Assessment Kit is a diagnostic and informational tool intended to help you identify and address gaps in your hiring process. It does not constitute legal, employment, HR, or professional advice, and it does not guarantee any particular hiring outcome. Decisions made on the basis of your report remain your responsibility. If your situation requires legal or professional employment advice, you should seek that separately.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you arising from your purchase or use of the Product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, business, or opportunity, arising from your use of the Product or reliance on its content.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
10. Your data
Information you provide when purchasing or completing your assessment is handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy], available at troxx.io/privacy.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Continued use of the Site after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
